Tyler Morris
Tyler is a founding member and partner of Willow Capital Partners, which is a real estate family office focused on investment and development with the skill to move quickly and conservatively execute on opportunities. He is responsible for many facets of the business from generating new opportunities to overseeing developments, joint-ventures, investments, and acquisitions. He has successfully developed and constructed of over 2 million sq. ft. of commercial properties comprising dozens of individual properties. Prior to founding Willow Capital, Tyler spent 15 years commercial real estate development and construction.

Jay worked at the Federal Reserve System for 12 years eventually responsible for administration of bank holding company activities, including examination, mergers and acquisitions. bill lamb
Bill has been working in the commercial
real estate industry for the last 16 years as the Vice President of Development for United Corners, an Atlanta based development and property management firm specializing in community and neighborhood shopping centers. Prior to that, Bill spent six years with commercial banks specializing in institutional real estate and construction lending. Bill spent the first seven years of his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as an bank examiner in the Supervision and Regulation Department.

David Betts
David spent his career as an entrepreneur building two successful businesses; one in the entertainment sector and another in real estate before joining Willow Capital Partners in 2019. Since joining the team, David has been responsible for sourcing new opportunities, market analysis, underwriting, investor relations and helping to oversee current developments. Throughout his career in real estate, David has overseen the acquisition, development and operation of $30M+ in mixed use assets.
